Delicious Campos coffee, prepared very well. Incredible pastries and cakes, made fresh and devoted skill. Chef does not hide mediocre flavours with excess sugar, but serves impactful, refined, and balanced treats to delight the senses. One of the most promising new entries on the Launceston food scene.

I am here to praise about the birthday cake. “Absolutely divine! Every bite of the cake was pure heaven—moist, flavorful, and beautifully crafted. The attention to detail and love put into this masterpiece truly shows. Highly recommend to anyone wanting a cake that’s as stunning as it is delicious!”

A personal touch. The best French Pastries ever. Tart case light and delicate but sound enough to hold the filling. Tarts themselves were light and moist, not overly sweet with flavours you can identify. Well done. I bought a selection to transport to St Marys and they travelled without damage.

Had my tyres booked in to get done and was walking past. I saw the toastie and coffee deal, so good had to pop in. No tegrets. Had the chicken pesto toast, both the toastie and coffee were delicious and such a great deal with pricing. Also treated myself to one of the citrus tarts, I love lemon, it hit the spot and not overly sweet. And the mini lemon macaroon was adorable. Very lovely people and service.

A great little spot for quality takeaway. I recently picked up a selection of sweet and savory takeaway items from Building Bridges and it was such a treat! The food was fresh and tasty — perfect for enjoying at home or on the go. Their coffees are excellent too!

Wow what a gem of a place we stumbled whilst waiting for a friend. We are travelling from Qld and so we decided to do a bit of sharing & tasting and we both decided 10/10 of everything we tried. From the beautiful home cooked SRolls, Pies & sandwiches to the incredible sweets we have not tasted better anywhere. So much love of cooking shows in all their food. Go try u definitely will not be disappointed.
